I completely agree that recognising the ugly stage as normal is crucial. Though, why it takes us so long to understand this or why we often doubt ourselves along the way is a challenge!
Lilies are one of the few flowers that grow in my garden so I have so many! All blooming at different times 💗 I also wish that ugly stage / inner critic / doubt didn’t come up with EVERY painting and with so many different things 🧚🌞 it’s a challenge and so nice to know it’s not just me 🎨
