Yes! I love that… rivers of color 💗 I’ve definitely learned to layer warm and cool separately for the brightest pops. The rainbow looks amazing wet but doesn’t maintain that brightness when it dries (it went a deep green, which I could then layer more rivers of color on top of to get the look I wanted) 💫
