I am lucky to have huge windows in the beautiful bldg where I work. Have worked in enough places with few or none. If my healthcare werenβt tied to the job thoughβ¦.
It makes such a difference to have windows where you work. At that office job I had, my desk was right in the center of a sea of cubicles. Only the editors had offices with windows along the outside wallβand they always kept their doors closedβso the only light came from those fluorescent bulbs overhead. I found myself escaping outside for coffee multiple times a day just to get a bit of sunlight.
I completely understand what you mean about healthcare. My husband and I both run our own businesses π
I thoroughly enjoy your beautiful paintings and writing. Reading this, I deeply appreciate the multiple artistic lenses you offer. Beautiful. Enriching. Btw, I can relate to the impact your husband has had on your life. My life changed dramatically and positively when I met my husband 26 years ago. We are still happily married. Thank you!πππ
Thank you! I really appreciate your thoughtful words and feel so honored that this resonated with you β itβs such a special connection.
Itβs beautiful to hear how your life changed so dramatically when you met your husband and that youβve been married for so many years. It truly feels incredible to have a partner to share this lifetime with, and to imagine going through so many lifetimes together. Weβve both changed so much over the past 20 years, and having known each other since high school makes it even more amazing to have that long-standing trust and connection.
Life works in such mysterious ways. I'm so glad you decided to move back in with your parents! It's magical when people arrive in your life out of nowhere.
This is so moving, Juliette. I love how you capture the quiet power of those pivotal momentsβhow a simple act of love, like your mom showing up, or a spontaneous call from an old friend, can light the way when everything feels uncertain. Itβs wild how creativity sometimes finds us right at those crossroads, gently guiding us back to ourselves. Your story is a beautiful reminder that small acts of courage and connection can change the course of everything (and that sometimes, we just need to step outside and notice the butterflies). Thank you for sharing your journey so openly. Iβll be carrying this with me the next time I need to find my own way back to the light.
Iβm so glad to hear this resonated with you. Youβve reflected my story so beautifully. I will be thinking of your thoughtful words as I had back into the studio today. Itβs like an energy to be carried π
What a lovely mum you have.π₯° Beautiful painting Juliette.π
Thank you! I miss her so much! She passed away a few years ago and Iβve been remembering all of the very special moments like this one πππ

Yes! Exactly! I felt so fortunate to have that resting place at my parentβs house. It was the renewal I needed for everything to unfold.
